Terms of service.

By accessing or using Dadisiweb's services — including domain registration, hosting, database hosting, and web development tools — you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have verified parental or guardian consent, to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Dadisiweb's platform for illegal activities, spamming, hosting malware or phishing content, distributing pirated software, or infringing on any intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action — including suspension or permanent termination of your account — without prior notice where the violation is severe.

We may also report unlawful activity to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. Payments are due in advance according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Failure to pay may result in service interruption or termination after a grace period.

All pricing is denominated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has been made.

Dadisiweb provides services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond our stated SLA.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the fees paid in that month.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of our services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us — any prepaid period will remain active until it expires.
